BUILD A BUSINESS PLAN

Build a Business Plan is a 3-part workshop series for creatives and entrepreneurs that will help you turn your passion, idea or side hustle and build a complete business plan that focuses on sustainability and scale. Each week we will go through the fundamentals of a sustainable business and how to set yourself up for future success. 

Workshop 1: Building Blocks, takes you through the preliminary work when it comes to business planning. Includes discussions on how to conduct market research and defining your values.  

Workshop 2: What's the Plan, goes through every aspect of business planning and why it's important to see the big picture.  

Workshop 3: Financial 411, is a dive into what investors and the bank look for when deciding if your business is fit to provide funding to. 

Please keep in mind while you register, these sessions are linked. Therefore if you apply and commit to the first workshop, we ask that you commit to all 3. They are very connected and attendees will benefit the most when attending each workshop, doing the work in the shipped workbook and coming back the following week with questions.
